The FIX Starter package can be used to check all problems, but it doesn’t solve the problem, here you see in detail what actually happened, so we adjust it based on the number of days of work with the following recommendations.

Expert Package Recommendations Concerning Problems

– Disable payment
– Payment Limits

– Disable advertising account for unsafe products

Warranty and repair refunds apply except for the FIX Starter package because only checks with Fund Back with $33 deducted for any package as a FIX Starter checking fee.

Requests for cancellation of services from clients cannot be made because we are a service, including other things that cause repairs to stop on the client’s part or cannot be continued for other reasons.

Refunds can be returned if it just doesn’t work and when we can’t afford to continue repairs. And if it is successful, with or without additional client activities, our team will still consider it successful, because when repairing we will inform you not to try to carry out any activities related to the repair so that you cannot claim that the repair was carried out by the client.

Support for placing advertisements with a maximum of 2 advertising materials for the medium package and 4 advertising materials for the expert package, assistance in the form of checking the material and captions that are advertised to help check and improve how good they are.

For the Medium and Expert packages, detailed tips and suggestions will be provided based on cases and problems that occur in order to avoid the same problems.

Attention :

IG and FB Username & Password must be provided for repairs, to protect your privacy we understand this because we aim to make repairs easier for you. Clients who provide passwords to carry out repairs, all personal information data Primeinova will keep your account completely confidential.
